Mechanics of Fluids Notes
CE 6303 Mechanics of Fluids Notes for free downloads. Fluid mechanics is a branch of science which deals with property and behavior of fluids at rest and in motion. A fluid is a substance having a property to flow easily. The study of fluids in motion where pressure forces are not considered is called fluid kinematics.
Classification of Fluids
1.Ideal fluid 2.Real fluid 3.Newtonian fluid 4.Non Newtonian fluid 5.Ideal plastic fluid.
A grid obtained by drawing a series of equipment lines and steam lines is called a flow net. The flow net is an important tool is analysis two dimensional. The study of fluids at rest is called fluid statics.
It is defined as the deformation of a fluid element in linear direction when the element moves the axes of the element in the deformation position and under formation position are parallel but their lengths changes.
We provide all the notes for students benefit for upcoming semester exams. For other subject notes contact to Click below the link for download the notes.
Civil Engineering Notes
Civil engineer has to deal mostly soil, rocks, roads, bridges, canals, dams, buildings and concrete. All the civil engineering projects have planning, design and construction section. In all these section basic knowledge about the site and about the material is more important. We are developing our nations of infrastructures.
